I really dislike the loyalty store for that reason. It needs to be rid of.

I too feel they should get rid of it, but because it is so restrictive.
e.g. HMG is on Min LP but Heavy Damage Mods are ONLY sold in amarr lp store... Logic?? out the window!

It's Caldari tech but every race "specializes" in EWAR. Specifically, the Caldari and Gallente focus on intelligence and counter-intelligence.

Considering cloaking came about as a result of the Crielere project, I could see it being both the Cal and Gal stores.
CCP seem to have gone with a Cal manufacturer, though.
You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake.

The prototype version is made by Ishukone so if it is limited to one LP store it'll be Caldari. All scout suits get the same bonus to their use though so my first guess is none will have it and my second bet is all will have it.
