Open the page in a different window, highlight the web address, copy.
Come back to this window, paste. It should automatically hyperlink it.
Or, you click reply, click on the "Link" image beside (Right side) the quotation marks button, and type a name for the link

I recommend using this as an image hosting site for these purposes.
Make an account, drag the image from your folder onto the web page, and it should upload. Once it finishes uploading, it'll provide a link for the image. Once you have that link, paste it in here.
It should look much like this:
