I haven't seen enough of the Witcher 3 to get excited, Destiny is pretty much a Borderlands clone made by better developers so I'll definitely check that out. Order 1886 looks meh not enough focus on actual gameplay and too much focus on making it look cinematic.
Really interested in The Divison and Deep Down though.

I've always said Planetside 2 is what Dust should have been. The battles in Planetside 2 are the closest any FPS has ever gotten to how battles are in Eve. Dust definitely does the skill training and modularity better than Planetisde 2 does, but if you combine the scale and mechanics of Planetside 2 with the skill training and suit/vehicle customization of Dust, you would have the perfect FPS (whether it was connected to Eve of not).

I just got witcher 2 for cheap on steam. Just built a gaming rig a month or so ago and am pretty far behind on the games. And it hasn't been hooked up lately since we just moved into a new house and the wife wants her iMac on the desk instead of my PC.
Used to be I could play videogames almost all day on Saturday, since tag was her biggest day at work...but since we moved, she doesn't have a job now and she HATES when I play dust...barely got I matches in for the SP bonus. |
