No, they adapt by crying on the forums.
Though I question why you include DS pilots in that. HAV pilots are by far the worst offender in this regard.
You have long since made your choice. What you make now is a mistake.

Ironically those of use who were HAV and DS Pilots before 1.7 were very adaptable. It's how we didn't die off.
Yes some of use complained on the forums. The rest just took our 1mill isk hobby a day at a time.

We suffered for a long time....then we bitched.....then we broke HAV.... now I'm only waiting to adapt to the next HAV build.
However just having played well..... a **** ton of FW matches this weekend and using different tank fits and Forgeguns on the Tigris suit......
Taking down those Solo pilot madrugars and gunlogi is easy as hell. We had 3 forges at the ready at a moments notice to bust them if my APC platform went down.
