That doesn't make any sense though. So you want a game where all suits are equal to each other? So a scout should be able to go heads up against a heavy? Cause that what you mean by everything you pick should be fair so that one isn't more powerful than the other.
The balanced everything dream is a lie. Item A will always be stronger than Item B, but Item B can be versatile if the merc knows how to use its strengths and diminish its weakness to be able to combat Item A.

So a scout should be able to go heads up against a heavy? You know, as in, head on.

If only you knew. RR seem to be OP because in a pub match anything can be OP given that its popularity is up where RR is. Popularity doesn't designate what's OP. Yet CRs will melt users pretty fast. I know because I dual tank. I know because I went up against competitive players/PC'ers who use nothing but the CR.
But people don't know that because really how often do you see a CR in pubs? Exactly....
