How about an "explosion" event for the Fourth of July? Mass Drivers, flaylocks, RE, grenades. You get proto for each kill with each weapon. Personally I'd like it confined to MD and Flaylocks.

I got a better idea spec into all the scouts and then make a score from 1-4(1 being the best) and tell me which one is the best.
Its alright everyone, no need to worry it's just an Amarr scout :(

I think it would be better to have an event rewarding militia gear kills. That would be interesting. However it would likel also require CCP to want to mine data related to milita gear, and therefore unlikely.
Also, there is no other incentive for them to run it, as it can't be monitized and using militia gear negates the need to use aurum.
