Sprinting for longer periods gives you an effectively higher speed. Most just look at the actual ground speed figure and make a call about the suits effectiveness, forgetting totally that scout suits will be all about covering the distance as fast as possible while cloaked, decloaking for the OHK, then recloak and sprint away.
