I dont get it, If i'm not allowed to use heavy weapons on my Medium Frame, Why is a Heavy allowed to use every weapon in the Game?!

That would increase substantially... it doesn't take much to spec into a madrugar or gunlogi and rail turrets...
With the nerf to damage mods, whatever AV we have would do less damage..

The heavy needs heavy weapons, then to have to use them, leave the light weapons to the soon to be buffed commando.
