I'm a min scout and i just don't see what'll make the min scout OP, the only possibility I see will be cloaks.
Although I might finnaly get near "balance" have a role and speciality I can only see the min scout being perceived
OP for the first week then people will find counters (I already thought of a few).

It's not going to be OP, neither are any of the scout suits.
And the counter would again be the AA hitscan no recoil Rifles...

Apparently it's because we get the equivalent of 2.5 (to be 5 come 1.8) complex damage mods at proto, and completely ignoring that it's only usable within 2m of a target while having the lowest EHP in game. Go figure.

Running out of stamina halfway across one of the massive craters with enemy snipers
Having less HP then my nanohives or remotes
Engaging enemies head on... Of course I'm doing it wrong but someone has to hack the objective... I'm going to make a heavy for that in the future |

The gal scout is the strongest scout, min/cal are average, ama is below average.
The amazing thing about the min scout is they have a really solid role with the hacking bonus that can't be breached, this alone will increase their presence in PC. CR NK and hacking makes it the best infiltrating suit able to kill point defenders fast and hack fast before people can respond. Also with the proficiency changes 3/3 slot layouts allow for some decent duel tanking. Nothing on it seems broken but it is a really good scout.

Yeah it's going to be a lot of fun. Love the min scout in 1.8 with that hack bonus.

uh... minnie scout will have +25% hacking speed (a complex module worth) and another 5% hacking speed on top of that (half of a basic module) and the equivalent of 8+ complex damage mods (stacking penalties remember?) for the nova knife, making it a silent OHKO weapon doing more alpha damage than a plasma cannon.
This is while it is the fastest, has double the stamina recovery of cal/gal (and ~60% nore than the amarrian scout), second most stamina, and 13% less shield depleted delay and 33% faster shield recovery than gal/amarr. All for the price of 30eHP.
