I feel like I missed something, was there a picture in the OP because I don't see it.....
The Calheavy looks ok for it's race, not as bulky as others but still has that 'tank' feeling.

Look at Gallente Attacker Class ships in EVE then compare them to combat class ships.
maybe its me but there are two different feels to the two types.

Minimatart ninja can't compete with the Cal Scout either because Cal scout looks like Grey Fox ninja from MG and minmatart only has stormtrooper helmet which isn't ninja at all.

I take that back. in general there are three feels to Gallente ships: Fat, bumpy round, organic. - Old Tristan model, Brutix, Erebus. (heavy frames) Rounded, sleek organic - Atron, Thorax, Hyperion (light frames) Edgy, cutting edge, sleek-organic -New Tristan, Incurus, Myrmidon. (This is similar to how Gallente medium frames look) Sorry I couldn't include pictures. I'm on my phone and I'm also in bed.
No need, I can look them up in more detail myself. I also wasn't calling them out for being ungallente like aesthetically just that the themes for 3 different suits don't flow quite the same as the other 3, which is the case as were created in a much more similar fashion. When you have 20+ models you can have/spot multiple themes due to larger groupings, when you only have 3 models having multiple themes is hard to make it flow was what I was getting at.
The gal medium frame is also the best looking medium frame in my opinion so I wasn't looking at changing anything, just pointing it out.

Well, to be true to the lore, Caldari should look more functional than sleek. Amarr should look more sleek or stylized.
One could make the case that even Gallente should look more sleek than Caldari, but really Gallente should look sleek and funky - like offputtingly funky.

They should be bulky, bacause they are heavy class.
