I'm not going to Amarr Scout myself (I will hit up that Imperial A-I though)
but
YAY!
275 Stamina!
Battle Skirt thing that I could not find the name of is on the Amarr Scout! Thought we were going to have some exposed toot on them for a second.....
Thirdly, please tell me the Minmatar Scout stamina regen is not really 60. I know some Minnows may come on to defend that but really a less than 4 second recharge on the suit with second highest stamina. Admittedly the Amarr Scout bonus can bring it up to 50 on the Amarr's end and I do agree with the philosophy that the Minmatar should be fastest on the field and granted second best stamina stats.
Otherwise YAAY!

its pretty flawed, as having lower stamina negates our speed advantage

No because speed and stamina consumption are not related
Minmatar Scouts currently have highest stamina stats and they deserve the second best but endurance card belongs to Amarr yo

The suit does look great, but the stats are complete sh*t. CCP seemed to ignore all of the well-reasoned threads discussing it. The suit is slower than the Minmatar assault, and the bonus is stupid. Anyone who specs into this is wasting SP until they fix it. Every other race's scout is significantly better at being a scout. Running slowly for a long time, and being less agile than an assault suit is ridiculous to the point of being embarrassing.

Where is ther an updated pic of the Amarr scout suit? Damn battle skirt. I liked the one shown on the fanfest graphic.

Bonus is not stupid just UP in terms of Recharge
Recharge on Amarr Scout needs to either par that of Minnows or be better because jumping uses % stamina because some beta vets had to bunny hop their asses to nerf. The great thing about high recharge is the use of hopping over those damn walls. ***** all you want about the Amarr Scout, still the stealthiest medium frame.
Also Green Bottles are ******* awesome how dare you diss them.

I am considering it, but haven't really looked at the numbers. My scouting usually consists of two things, the first rush to an objective and running to the other side of the map to drop links and quick hacks. Stamina is an issue and I need to figure if it is better to use modules on a Minmatar to gain stamina or Kincats on the Amarr. Which one is going to give me speed for a long haul better.?

Not really. The Amarr traditionally have greater capacitor stats. aka the resource that allows for module function in EVE as our guns fire from that same pool.
What it means is that the Min suit can hammer home an advantage over a brief period of time whereas we Amarr prefer the long haul over short term gain.
