You mean 1.7-1.8?
There should be a few people 45m SP or maybe up to 50m SP.
A few, my best guess less than 15. |

Most people who have been playing for a while should have anywhere between 15 and 30 million SP, and more "elite" players have 35+ mil SP, and then there's people who have always run boosters (or maybe play 23/7, idk) who have 50+ mil SP.
I think I'm a forum warrior level 6 :D
