It's basically a list of players who you'd recognize the instant you saw them. For example, if you saw Aisha Ctarl in-game, would you not know who she is? Tho most the players on the list won't be doing that, but dropping 40+ kills isn't what makes you an A-list player just an A-list slayer, there's a difference.
