I have plenty of "wasted" skill points because of patches and changes to the game but I have 29 mil sp. So stop complaining about respecs and think about the youngins in this game 1-5mil getting their ass whooped by you guys crying for a respec. But yes lets get a respec so we can all spec into op weapons with more unallocated sp than most people have in this game.

Along with that, there has never been a single ship in EVE Online that has ever been released without having all four faction's counterparts included. I was a Tanker, Matari Logistics, and Heavy before it was a FoTM; as for the Combat Rifle, I'm specced into it simply because it's Matari. Prometheus = Red headed step child of the sky I used an HMG for a long time, but I switched to the AR after a while. I did so long before it became popular, because I saw the writing on the wall. Scout is the only way to play, on the ground anyways. Assuming respec I'm going Gallente scout with passive scanning and dampening, speed, shotguns and double REs. Cloaks feel like they would just hold me back. I want to be quick, laying RE traps all over the place, and stalking people, none of which I can do any better with a cloak.
