The next event ends in the 17th so there is no way we will get the update on the 14th(I didn't care that it wasn't a Tuesday)
So yes, I was wrong and will now take your hate in lettered form.
So the update will either be on the 18th(a popular guess coz it has 1 and 8)
Or the 24th(more likely IMO unless you think they can get a update off 1 day after a event)

Well, they were updates pretty good when they were on the monthly update thing.
It was the same thing last year, all info slowed down and updates were far apart(damn you Chinese New Year!)
