Tomorrow you will have a massive drawback when locking a district and that means your clones are lost on the attacker side. Sure you can go ahead and lock your district over and over again but you will loose alot of ISK with each attempt. But most importantly those 1-man-corps who bought districts will not be aible to keep farming ISK on their own without the need of defending it. Your Alliance has been locking just like everyone else

Problem solved of not being able to attack. Newb
