Its something to do with the original Sleeper Tech from which our implants are based.
We still don't actually know what it really means, but the sleeper infected clones had a tendency to write the numbers on the walls using the blood of other clones, sometimes mid-battle.
Unless your a Computer Scientist don't tell me how Game Mechanics Work.

I call it five fourteen. I'm practical like that. I hate five one four. It sounds stupid. I can say it that way. I don't suffer from Assburgers Syndrome.
I already made a post about the meaning. I deduced it was the implant slots on the clones. Look at those and the associated attributes in EVE.
