Run assaults like scout tanks. As a gallente, no one uses AR's anymore and in 1.8 I can sheild tank and weild the buffed AR and smoke fools. Logis are tired. Tanking is for noobs.

I'll continue to use logi until assaults out perform it in head to head combat. Plus I have no need of a sidearm, I don't like what I'm seeing with the ion pistol so I'll continue to play without one. Another logi plus. I'm only tanking because I can't rep in battle like gallente should. I refuse to stand on a nanohive like a scrub to rep when my suit should do it passively.
