i want to be able to view my character's information and stats/skills online and share it to gloat... i mean compare characters with other people.
for instance, when someone asks which suits i can use, i could point him to a suits page similar to my eve ships flyable page http://eveboard.com/pilot/Leovarian_Lavitz/ships?type=1
or when they ask me about level 5 skills, i could point them to my skills page http://eveboard.com/pilot/Leovarian_Lavitz?level=5
Any idea when it might surfacing?

Yes, you can select private stats and passworded access. it is in fact opt-in to share any information at all. i've set all of my stuff public.

It is private by default you can make your api public if you wish.
