Zirzo Valcyn Kameira Lodge Amarr Empire 177	Posted - 2014.03.09 16:15:00 - [1] - Quote why do so many ceos insist on pushing an alliance when they should first be trying to build a cohesive core of corp squads? we had a ceo break up an awesome corp squad last night so he could mix us up with a bunch of randoms from his so called "alliance channel" (we're not anywhere near PC worthy) which in turn ended up having fellow corp members who were contributing very much to the corp squad were told to "sit in reserve and stand by in case someone disconnects", (as if anyone is going to take a pub match that serious ) this caused a pilot to quit the corp. that corp member was never top of scoreboard but contributed a lot in the means of transportation, scans, etc. Is it wrong to expect a CEO to focus on his own corp before trying to build some kind of high sec alliance? aka "training for PC" is how he puts it... u can ban the troll out of the forums but u can't ban the forums out of the troll.

I've seen almost every alliance have that one or two corps that can't even field a full team, but claim they are PC ready. Sorry to say but it sounds like your CEO does not care for his corp, he just wants the title of CEO in a good alliance. I remember back in rogue spades PC days i would get a lot of crap from my vets for using new guys in PC. i had to keep reminding them that if we don't use our own guys then why should they stick around with us. i think our whole time in EON we used about 9 ringers. for the record back in those days before there was blatant FOTM builds, we rarely lost. only corps that could beat us were AE, OSG(i think thats what their initials are), nyan san, and SI. we fought a lot of corps. i will say OSG gave the best battles. they had strategy that could change on the fly like ours did, and they didn't use cheap stuff to win like the other corps. Everything I say or do has the utmost importance.
