So. Genolution. Let's talk about how corporations have been sitting on a mint, shall we?
First off, I'd like to say that I initially thought it was a little strange that CCP wasn't looping PC into EVE more. I actually have a suggestion on how to do this.
Note- Corporations already in Planetary Conquest may not enjoy this idea. They might, but they might not.
So, here's my thought. Let's put it in a "what if," scenario, shall we?
What if excess clones and biomass had to be sold back to Genolution via EVE?
Here's the skinny that I'm envisioning. Genolution currently pays X for biomass from PC battles and Y for excess clones sold from topped off districts currently. In order to make a greater tie-in with EVE, let's say that Genolution pays the DUST mercs in the battle for the clones destroyed. If a corporation owns a district that generates extra clones, said clones could be set as an EVE-side asset from... We'll say the Customs Office (and, being Low-Sec, it may or may not be a POCO,) an EVE-pilot has to retrieve clones from that customs office to be sold at a Genolution station.
TL:DR of the above: (DUST) PC battle plays out. Winner gets paid by Genolution for the destroyed biomass + salvage from the field. Already a pretty hefty sum of ISK. No need to make things increasingly more dangerous for EVE pilots, though you could tie in that EVE players would have to retrieve biomass from the POCO as well.
(EVE) District is full up and generating extra clones. EVE-side has two options. Either A: MANUALLY REINFORCE a district on that planet if another district is low, or B: recover the excess clones to their cargo bay to be sold at the nearest available Genolution station to generate ISK for the Corporation.
EVE ISK being what it is, the ISK generated in this fashion would be peanuts compared to what its' worth in DUST. This would also DISABLE THE PASSIVE INCOME provided by the current Planetary Conquest mechanics. The above would make DUST a valuable asset to EVE, being that EVE corporations would be able to generate (some) income from DUST and actually have a... in my mind, pretty damn good reason to be interested in what goes on in DUST.
These are my two ISK. Like it if you want, and *Zoidberg voice* SCREW YOU! to those that don't.

LOL, this is more like a minor inconvenience for an Eve pilot, who could make more isk running one LV4 Mission or mining a lowish sec system for an hour or so with the or so being less not more time. If the system for genoloution clone purchases were changed then it would be better to change the default buyback price to a higher number due to isk vs reward ratio on this one. Considering how much space a "well fed prisoner" takes in a cargo hold transporting clones to genoloution would not only have the added risk of needing more cargo space(LESS ARMOR) as well as a clear need to have a station or more that they could be sold at (adding the risk of gate camps en route).
Eve transport of clones also brings to mind the stockpiling of clonepacks in individual's hangers for future dust attack use. I think we will see some considerably big changes if CCP ever moves to this system. Transport of individual or squads of mercs and their equipment and suits being one of the changes this system you are discussing brings to mind.

This is part of why I see this being a better system for making DUST worth more of EVE's time.
