Whenever an eve-side player earns his orbital strike, he should also have the following options.
Eve players should be able to remote repair the MCC via Capital Shield Transfers or Capital Remote Armor Repairers for a limited duration.
Eve players should be able to launch clone packs to mercs requesting them if they carried them in their hold.
Eve players should be able to launch an electronic warfare strike that turns any equipment / facilities / batteries that it hits into unclaimed - unhacked things.
Eve players should be able to carry deployable facilities in their hold and deploy them when the mercenaries request them.
Eve players should be able to launch a probe down to the planet, a new warfare probe that reveals the enemies positions for a short duration.
Give some ideas and feedback.

Well last one is pointless because of active scanners , don't like the repair one too much and with your idea you would need to add something that the dust side can do to eve pilots for example destroy to uplink thing in space Why? Get your own EVE support. +1 OP, good ideas are good. Maybe even add those as kill streak rewards like the warbarge strike is now? Im just saying the last one is pointless because of active scanners so why even put it in a game and why would a person use that type of OB with active scanners in DUST With the healing of the MMC it would take away from the taking of objectives and corps could lets say hold few points for the majority of the game and win because they used the healing thing True, however, they would have to commit a capital ship capable of using capital remote repair/transfer modules over the planet... in lo-sec.

From thousands of kilometers up? Yes, there will be a new orbital remote drop repair module. The module activates, has some sort of balancing effect, but enables the ship to shoot repair via wormholes or some other handwavery to the mcc.

+1 OP...I like the cut of your gib as they say. Taken in order of appearance: 1) Yes, but with limits. I think you can rep to a certain extent but we don't want the MCC in "god mode". Rule of thumb is that the reps supplied should roughly slow the damage the MCC takes by one null cannon worth of damage. Basically could be the difference in a very close match but not over powering. 2) Yes...make the clone packs standard sized and limit how many the can deliver. Say 25 reinforcement clones and no more reinforcements. Basically I see this working like a CRU landing on your ground base (similar to how equipment is deployed now) is the visual signature to the other team you are being reinforced. 3) EWAR...I like it but it needs to be carefully metered. Basically I think it should function exactly like an orbital and work under cover. for player dropped equipment it destroys that and puts a timer on the installations and they stay red but won't function for X amount of time so it stays in their control but no spawns, ammo, or shooting for the designated time. I think about 2min is about right for the effect time....just a subjective opinion. 4) Big yes to deployable installations. Have to sharply monitor the team quota and make them fairly expensive ISK wise but this is long overdue. 5) This is the only one I'm not too keen on as it directly effects WP generating functions for the ground team. Your first 4 ideas are spot on and very feasible...this one is technically feasible but I would MUCH rather see equipment or modules or scout suit bonus that enable / enhance squad view for the ground team. i want the capital rep to be noticeable, maybe have the emp strike animation, but the beam doesn't vanish as it repairs about three bars worth of health. i feel that it should be strong enough to warrant bringing the capital support in the first place, while at the same time, not being too over powering. A single unknown ship can easily scare the capital into hiding.

Multispectral ECM :
manned, ECM projector, large visual indicator for when it is being fired. Requires 1 merc to fire it, beam lasts 20 seconds and is a multispectral ECM of strength 60. May fire directly after being hacked, and then requires a 1 minute cooldown after every burst. Hits All targets FoF within 20,000m of beacon
this is my gut reaction to having a team WITH orbital superiority, HEALING their MCC, DROPPING CLONE PACKs, INSTALLATIONs and general other bullcrud :P...
....without the ability to counter an orbital fleet, your suggestions are game breaking.....
Couldn't you just bring your own orbital fleet to counter the orbital fleet? Honestly, just having the right pirate channels can send any possible orbital support screaming.
Multispectral ECM Burst - Resets orbital support timer for all ships not immune to electronic warfare connected to the district at the time of use. A merc must capture the burst facility - perhaps we could repurpose the research facility satelite launcher node - and then manually activate the ecm burst. The burst has a five minute cooldown.
