I have sat back and watched some of you make threads and it goes something like this. There is a weapon said weapon killed me it must be OP, it must be nerfed. Now it has reached LAV's and heavies, before the event no one complained, now it has taken king of the S*** pile from RR and CR which they proceeded the AR. So what is the truth, S*** players will say anything is OP to give them some imaginary advantage that is going to somehow make them play like a decent player. Listen the truth is if your not able to kill anyone just admit the fact your gun game is terrible and try another role. All I am asking is stop for once the nerf threads, wonder WTF 1.8 is going to be like thread, and rail tank/tankbush BS thread. We all know there is something wrong, but for monkey F*** sake can we change the F***** record. And that is the truth.

To be honest the LAV/Heavy combo was always annoying, but very few did it, now that more are doing it the masses are targeting it despite in not changing at all much like the remote explosives.

It was always annoying.
I'm of the opinion that MLT LAVs should have their EHP reduced back down to 900 or whatever it used to be.
Back in Chromo my HMG was my primary defense against those LAVs.

In 1.8 they're gonna complain that sentinels should be nerfed because they won't go down quickly enough. Now they go down quickly and fast. But sentinel is a word that relates to defense. they are meant for defense.

Problem: Large EHP and large DPS make it better at more than just defending.

LAV heavies aren't a problem, the same as overly tanked LAV's running everyone over back in the day weren't a problem, the amount of fun I had shooting the driver out of those things when they thought they were immortal was epic.
Fact is, instead of all this whining, just use your head. More LAV's means less tanks, now what's more annoying the immortal tanks or a bunch of LAV's that can be 1 hit... Change your strategy and people will stop doing it because they hate dieing.
On topic though these multiple threads about the same thing is getting kinda annoying, you don't even need to use the search function, just try those balls near your forehead (not calling anyone a ******* head here I obviously mean eyeballs.) |
