So here is a thread to talk about the enjoyable tactics you use to kill folks that might not be the most obvious or even effective but are hilarious.
Ill start. Yesterday I was playing and my passive scans picked up a red dot coming around the corner so I tossed some RE down to blow him away. But it was not RE that came out, it was an uplink. At first I thought my poor scout was in trouble but then something awesome happened. The red dot ran up to the uplink, stopped and slowly aimed at it, giving me plenty of time to melt his face before he could even shoot it..
And thus uplink bait was born. Place uplink in an open area wth high traffc and watch as red dots stop mid sprint to turn and shoot at it, giving you an easy kill. I want to try this with a sniper for maximum hilarity. |

I love quick switch at supply depots, it's border line cheating but it's funny as hell when you quickly switch between suits.
in the course of a single conflict last night I went from my ammar heavy killing 4 guys and taking the supply depot, to my gal logi suit killing 2 guys dropping an uplink and scanning dropping rep hives, back to my heavy, into a scout shotty, back to my gal logi dropping re's to take out a wave of heavies, back to my heavy, then to my support logi to rep some heavies, then back to my heavy.
that was in the span of about 3 minutes and I got around 12 kills, never died in that match, mostly because every time I got a full hp refil, and I switched every time they almost got me down. |

Melee. I have a Melee Heavy fit that does 410 damage a punch. I can't wait for the Minmatar Sentinel, being able to fit an extra MyroStim and being able to go faster(albiet only slightly) is going to be awesome
Yesterday I melee'd three people in quick succession including another Heavy, it was glorious. I almost feel bad being able to one-hit-kill scouts.

I made a plasma scout build last night. Figure any time I can get in RE range undetected I should be able to ohk with the plasma, which is often. Haven't had a chance to try it but it ju+í seems ridiculously silly |
