But then I and others came in the thread and denounced it. I think watts only did that because he has always had internal beef with Imperfects and maybe he thought the corps were the same.
But I'm not going to be here trying to gain your good graces when you're adamant about holding a grudge. I agree, It is unique that teams need to have 2 backups just to cover freezes and dc's. But that video was honestly the smoothest I have ever seen in dust. I have been on dust much too long to. |

It was lonely. I was hanging out in a little tree house bunker and stared at the point for 10 dang minutes with no action until the very end. Though, I had to take one for the team!

They die a lot to take their presious home point back, like when you lose some fancy ring and it takes you 2 years to finally notice it's gone. Then you feel like you have to have it, and you would do anything to get it back. That is what their homepoint was like in that battle.
Idiotic 1 v 5 on E, scrubs pushed so hard they lost the city points.

help me out...how are people ragging on NS when you barely won? Sure the clone count was a slaughter...but I always have seen great teams as ones who win by letters.
I feel like I am watching a different video... I saw very little "scrubs".
The most impressive aspect of Cub's teams has always been their ability to take and hold letters despite any clone count. As of late they own both techniques but he was winning many games with great clone differential...but still was winning.
Now I am impressed with NS ability to take and own letters.
Great game and video...thanks for the upload. Replace a few NS players and dc'ed ness and the game was easily changed. |

All I know are the days when they fought a long side us. They fought hard and coordinated. The language barrier plays a very small factor in working with those guys. You pick up there lightning fast methods pretty quick, but actually keeping up with it is another thing completely. |

Overall situation in this PC:
Cubs was not online to play
Eve support was lazy (Wasn't there!)
Lag affected both teams in first battle, but in second, it was smooth
Honestly, this battle was not our best, for reasons stated and not stated above, but it was good for the three FC's in training (Jade Tech, KA2DERT, and King Kobrah) to practice their skills in leadership and coordination.
NF had great infantry support. NS kept their honor by fighting with us all the way through without letting AE take over for them. Both teams did a great job, and it was a fantastic fight.

if only people like DIa still played, and the language barrier does play a small factor but you get used to it after a running a few pc with them

All NS does is throw body after body at an objective in a zerg-like fashion.
It can work, especially if you have lag on your side, but that doesn't make it a smart strategy. The cost of victory is too high in a prolonged war.
Were they to actually be in one, this would bite them in the ass. |

Match was definitely closer than most people are giving it credit for being. I am sure both teams could have done better.
Things that can be learned from the video:
Restocking takes WAY too long. Fix it CCP.
HMGs are strong in their current form. I fear that in 1.8 they are going to be way OP.
Kobrah is a hell of an assault player. Not only did he put down 40+ kills, he did everything else that you are supposed to in a PC.
