I suggest fixing your writing skills. Grammar, spelling, punctuation, penmanship, and being able to write your ideas with proper wording.
Once you're done with that, you may move on to typing. It's basically the same thing, but requires less skill. It's like AUR writing in a sense. Actually, no. Not really.
Once you have mastered typing, return to these forums, facepalm at yourself for writing this post in such fashion (or lack thereof), edit it, and make it so that it is an intelligent piece of work worthy of reading so that people may comment, and give feedback on the information and inquiries you posted, and not the way it was written.

Hello Latino and welcome to the forums. I will not have a go at you as it is clear to me that you are not a native English speaker.
1. Only Heavy and Sentinel suits can use the HMG or Forge gun, this will not change. Commandos may use two light class weapons only. (AR`s , Swarms, Massdrivers etc....)
2. I assume you mean 'Increase the price of tanks' (Not 'upload') and I am not sure what you mean by 'buy a skill point'.
3. I'm not sure what you mean here.
4. Well in 1.8 we will only be able to carry a maximum of 2 grenades so all grenades will become less powerful by default.
