Nova knifes should be the only weapon scouts are allowed to used Cloaked. When they get a kill with them, they will be decloaked. (Killzone Shadow Fall style)
Watch cloaks glimmer so freaking brightly when a scout moves.

I'm interested in seeing how CCP have implemented the visual (or lack thereof) of the cloak.
Lots of cover in KZ to offset the scattering in the cloak so it works nicely. Just want to know
"how invisible" the backstabbing bastards could be?

Would you think it would be OP to let scouts only run around with nova knifes while cloaked.

No. As a Nker, I would think it too OP.
About the only thing we couldn't OHK would be heavies, or some extremely tanked medium suits.
Unless we all had proto knives with prof 5.
So all you would end up seeing are a bunch of FOTM cloaked scouts and tanked heavies.

I mean as a scout, although I don't use knives and will not use cloak, I think that's a little OP. I mean the ability to kill people while completely undetectable sounds a bit unfair.
Currently I got respect for the knifers because everyone stands a good chance at fighting them but if you fail you get wrecked. That's balance. Now add in the element of being invisible and that's just too lenient. It takes the skill and respect out of Nova Knives.
Nova Knives would become scrub material, is that what you want huh? You want them to be easy!?

IMHO, cloaks have been so nerfed to death already I have a hard time thinking they will even work well with knives. I guess we'll find out...
But I will call this, if they do work well with knives, they will get hot fixed immediately. Faster than any fix we've ever seen.
