I dont have KB but i have mouse. Will i be able to use mouse and controller at same time. (not like holding controller in one hand and mouse in other) I mean like, can the controller and mouse work at the same time? Thinking of sniping some enemy sniping bis*hes.

That's the problem. I can't because I don't technically have the mouse. I was wondering If i should get one.

i don't think so. It would be the same as having 2 controllers open only controller nr.1 works. There are some strange controller mouse or controller with trackball in the market.

If that is the case, why not just try it with the controller first.

You can but its quite stupid. It's like having a Move, without the gun peripheral, in a sense. The problem lies in the right side of the controller functions. Like reloading for one. Or crouching. Here you have a the controller in one hand and the mouse in the other. You still gotta hit the triangle.
I advise anyone who plays Dust to have a KB/M hooked up to their PS3 on standby. KB works great with messaging and mouse goes good for those few sniping moments where you need pinpoint accuracy without the jitters of the thumb.

I did, it's literally impossible to get headshots with controller. (it's like shooting ants in the antenna with a grain of sand) I need something more accurate than a controller to get those vital head shots. I'm just going to buy like a $10 one to try out.

I'm not too worried about going around with ScR because I wasn't going to do that anyway but will they work simultaneously. AS in like, when sniping I got my mouse out and when I gotta flee I can just pick up my controller. Sniping just involves being invisible (which I am) and sitting still. So really no need for controller when you are just shooting.

So we have been in this game for about the same amount of time, yet I don't think I have ever encountered you in game

Yes, I have done it before. It works seamlessly. The on screen button prompts will also change according to the source of input.

Ohhh don't worry. I barley every play on veggie! I play sometimes but I tend not to when I need Sp on him. I hate grinding and I waste too much so I stay away from accounts trying to accomplish my goals. (in the middile of getting armor repair to level 5 for my amarr assault proto)
