Welcome!
Mahal Tactical Enterprises is a closely held corporation that is opening a 1-month period of open recruiting. We are a no-MIC corporation - using chat and squad commands to communicate, expect all members to lead squads and understand squad commands, and we issue Corporation funded "Fleet Standard Fits" for use during Corp-play.
We are a group of honorable players, light-hearted warriors, and enthusiasts here for the fun of it. We may take breaks, we may leave squads after "one-more" for RL (Real Life), and will offer the best advice we have for the benefit of our Corp-mates.
We have no KDR or SP requirements, and believe that coordinated play will result in a natural increase in KDR and SP ahead of individual play. The Squad Wheel adds 40% to the Squad's points! Use it. All players will be expected to take the role of the Squad Leader at times, and aptitude with Squad Leadership is the route to promotions. The Squad Leader will: Set departure time, inform of squad breaking, reassign the role to maximize enjoyment by the squad, and direct most players to begin the game at the MCC with the FS-1. The coordination of multiple players in consistent fits benefits emerging Squad Leaders.
Each member of the corporation will be issued the following Fleet Standard Fits, along with more specialized fits for skilled players. Starting players are able to request up to 500,000isk reimbursements to maintain an inventory of the following suits/vehicles. Reimbursements are paid from Corp-wallet, and you must report the number of suits/vehicles you are requesting. Promotions lead to access to reimbursements for higher-level Fleet Standard Fits.

We are looking for good players who want to squad and win! sportsmanlike conduct is expected at most times, and vendettas will be taken very seriously for Corp-mates. We have our tax rate at 10% to fund corporate activities.
Mahal Tactical Enterprises also recognizes exceptional play, and issues rewards for achievements in the following: Squad Leadership, Total WP/game, Killstreaks, LogiBro-ness, Piloting, and any others that you care to share. If I am evemailed a story that you would like to share, I will make it my recruitment bump of the day and issue a reward to the player(s) the story was about. We enjoy mild RP. I am an intermediate level dropship pilot, and am able to effectively fight with 2 gunners on my turrets (part of the reason the FS-1 is a heavy fit).
