If it's anything like the last few events, on average I'm calculating it to be around 2-3 weeks.

Lol nope. The Shinobi event had ONE PERSON in charge flipping the switch to give out rewards. He ended up having to take time off for family reasons(that's what I heard) so the rewards got delayed. Literally no one else but this one person could have flipped the switch. ******* ridiculous.
