Y T F r u hostile? If you want in on PFC, you have to pay the mob taxes or be met with extreme hostility from Spero's boys aka the goodfellas. It can be all read in the war room section. |

Okay, dramatic and butthurt people aside. Basically PFC allows you to get a district that is protected by one of the strongest alliances in the game in exchange for paying into a fund that covers the defense costs. Some basic rules of conduct forbidding district locking, use of non-alliance ringers, etc. ensures you get good and fun fights against other PFC members.
