Noticed this too.
Except the basic commando is also more expensive than any other suit, costs 9000 instead of 3000. Check it out.
EDIT: It currently costs that much.
The biggest threat to my scout is everything.

Yes that is the current cost, prices are changing for Commandos in 1.8.
