Yeah, the buff to mass drivers is to counter the loss of the prof damage perhaps?
Anyone have this idea too?

All I notice is how people don't appreciate MD kills and still call it a 'NoobTube.' When are you going to realize its not CoD? Even then MD/Grenade launchers take skill to use so..... **** off.

They dont actually, such a large splash radius, , its easy, just dont use it outside of intended range |

Its a no aim splash weapon, it takes less skill than a RR

The blast radius is smaller the lower the tier. I use standard MD. I don't camp like I freakin coward with my MD I move around. Yes it does take skill to use. Cause you can side step away from the blast just like the PLC.
If its so easy to use, why aren't people using MDs instead of RRs? Cause RRs are easy to use, hardly any skill points + AA = RR spam. I like my MD. And I use it on my scout suit.

Not 'skill' as in PLC skill. With almost any rifle all you have to do is point and shoot. There's an arc and since it has an arc you have to adjust your aim accordingly especially if the enemy is above you. In CQC you can just basically dumb fire provided you don't kill yourself with it. Its a challenge to use, like the Flaylock and the PLC. You actually have to gage where the enemy is, how far away, how fast or slow he's moving, etc.

I've used the MD a lot on an alt, and I fear it running my scout lol. It does take skill, however I still see the occasional noob who uses nothing but the assault version for the large blast radius in any situation since he can't hit the broad side of a barn. Those are the ones who give skilled MD users a bad name. |

lol we'll be seeing the rise of the MD again and everyone will just hug a roof and drop MD's on everyone below. and then not long after that we'll see those QQ posts and then the MD will get nerfed again. repeat cycle
