i've been playing in a militia gal scout to get ready for 1.8 and i must say it is easier yet somewhat harder then i thought it would be. i've been using the exile ar which isn't as UP as ppl claim but it could really use a range buff but besides that its a good weapon. ok now back on topic, i found myself in situations were there was no way around running through the open followed by getting destroyed by a what red dot spots the my scout first now i feel like the cloak will make moving on the battlefield so so so much easier aswell as getting into buildings were the enemy is hold up since passing in front of the door way leaves you dead or pretty damn close but with cloak you can run around much safer then ever before.
p.s.
used my proto amarr assault outside of pc after running a skinweave scout suit for 3weeks straight all i can say is THE POWERRRRRRRR
I don't like the Amarr but boy do they have style

Yes, I wonder, can someone potentially "see" a scanned cloak user?
Can you use two cloak fields? |

I'm hoping that it renders one exactly invisible, like the invisibility when one decides to spawn. I'm fine if enemy cross hair turns red if a cloak user swoops past, or if aim assists work on them, I just want pure invisibility. |

from what i've heard you can use 2 but not at the same time since you decloak once you put it away but should be able to activate the second one the second you bring it out. and i do hope its full invisibility

If EVE is anything to go by (which I hope it is). Then it will be fully invisible. I think the Amarr scout may have a nicer time than expected with a bit more PG and CPU fitting 2 cloaks may be more feasable |

Yes, you can, but probably not a Scout, unless you're a Gal logi.
Also, no, that's impossible to have 2, nor does it have a point.

I really hope CCP releases a video of cloaks in action.
I don't want a load of false starts in the match cus a bunch of blues are starring at each other going "how does this look? Can you see me now??"
Or worse still running straight in front of the enemy expecting to be completely ignored when actually he's shimmering like a fairy princess and gets instantly cut in half.
Either way I'd be happy, now I have two options for an escape - RE's / a disappearing trick

the cloak has to recharge after bing used so a second one would come in handy and im pretty sure a amarr scout can fit two of them unless theres a limit which i doubt
