Everyone hopes that 1.8 will fix all the bugs (and there are hundreds), but I personally think, that, firstly, it will bring more new bugs than it will fix and secondly, there won't ever be an update. I'm waiting for weeks, for months now, I don't know what CCP thinks, but the longer I wait, the more I hate all this. I'm logging in every day, and I get disappointed again and again by them, because they don't ever bring the goddamn update, they just bring a new f*cking storefront every week. I just can't stand waiting any longer, I'm just sick of CCP and their unprofessionality. As long as they don't pay me for playing this crap, I'm outta here.

If you hate the game so bad, why are you talking on their forums? Why post bad things about them? Some things you need to remember about dust. 1.) Its a free to play game. 2.) With its eve background, the possibilties are endless 3.) Eve was the same way when it was 1 and a half years old. Just as many bugs, just as many OP things. Look where they are now? They are doing awesome. Dust will be the same way. Just give it some time and stop ranting on the forums.... Also, Eve has updates every half a year. So what if its taking awhile for this update. Maybe they are trying to fix some of the "bugs" you were talking about. I would rather wait 6 months for an update and have it be right, than every month and have bugs galore.

It worked for EVE because everyone wanted a big space trading/combat game and EVE was the only one so they did it however they wanted, which was constantly release new stuff and never fix the old stuff. DUST is a console game. In a market saturated with better, more polished titles. It's like the devs don't read any of the reviews written about this game. It really doesn't matter though. Most of EVE's playerbase (like 50k players) have given money to CIG, the makers of Star Citizen. Do you think EVE could survive losing that many players? And before everyone tells me I'm wrong go check the RSI forums because EVE players get together there to discuss how SC is crushing EVE with its 400k plus players.
