How does the Four Empires feel about us?
I know the Caldari at least, have shown their fear for us. Tibus Heth ordering our capture back before he went Rob Ford on us.
I remember reading about a more recent piece of news about how the Gallente's president is also fearful of us and would like to "eliminate" this threat for the sake of their future.
How does the Amarr feel? Didn't they start this for us?
What about the Minmatar?
Also, anybody has an idea why they consider us such a threat? Is it because of our lack of fear for death or our war potential? It's pretty weird feeling that the people we're fighting for would like to destroy us.

What potential?
We perhaps we don't die, perhaps we are better than the average mortal could hope to be.... but beyond that what strength do we have?

Never underestimate weaponized insanity due to having slightly less than no fear of death. Hell, sometimes dieing is all part of the plan.
I care more about losing my hard to replace items(My coat, my special knife) than my cloney bits.
If you hear the words "WORTH IT!" look about, something hilarious just happened.

We're immortal. You kill us, we come back harder.
Literally, what kills us makes us stronger.
And the majority of the soldiers and mercenaries have no experience that could match ours. There's also the fact that we can use weapons that even the best mortals can't even use, because of health restrictions.
We're reckless, we will not hesitate, we will die for our cause, many of us have a savage persona on the field, when it comes down to it...we're the best at adapting(or dieing).
I mean, even if you don't believe those qualities aren't worth the fear, the governments do. I edited in a thread with a link.

That age old adage of "Adapt or Die" applies in a totally different way to Operatives. We adapt IN death. That which kills us teaches us new strategies. Dying on the field opens up entirely new and expedited tactical options without having to truck several kilometers away to an entirely new position.
Amarr started this mess, but the original Templars were flawed due to their implants being more or less unmodified Sleeper implants. The original Templars were as much Sleepers that had been ripped from their VR homes/worlds and put in the head of the Templars.
Between Mens Rappola, Jacus Roden, and Mordu, the technology was reverse-engineered and supplied to all four empires because it was far too powerful for one empire to control.
That's my understanding of it from reading Templar One anyway.

Well the Caldari all have a different view on the mercenarys, if you go from megacorp to megacorp, so to say that the entire state fears them would be wrong. They could hate or fear Dust mercenarys but there will be others from other megacorps who would see them as a good investment. And after the fight on Caldari Prime, during uprising, where many Dusters worked on the side of the State did they most likely earned some respect from the Caldari. |

Tibbs Heth has always had a hatred for clones including capsuleers. The majority of the State praises the mercs for actions they have partaken in the name of the State. Many megacorporations are developing new tech for mercs as proof such as Kaalakiota, Ishukone, and Wirykomi. Wirykomi being my home corp I love to see them supporting us with gear. Now if only they could get their hands on rail rifle tech.

Actually The Amarr and Gallente aren't exactly that against each other as much as people would think. But we get along relatively well it's just they find it more benefictial currently to face us on some levels. |
