I used kane once. Got 800mill eve isk for 120mill. It takes a while to get it transfered. Bought a templar code with it. |

Kain is legit, but there are other people who offer better rates.
Check the EVE forum's DUST 514 Information Portal for other people potentially doing this. A bit riskier, but I've never been screwed over.

'Dust Alt' , a capsuleer in EVE runs a service selling DUST ISK in return for EVE ISK at a rate of eight to one. I haven't seen anyone else offering a better rate than that. My associate in EVE bought a dozen lots of 500,000 DUST ISK for me to buy skillbooks for 4,000,000 EVE ISK each lot. Whoever you choose to trade with I wouldn't make too large transactions at any one time. So in short I recommend 'Dust Alt' in EVE if you want to buy some DUST ISK. Of course if your deal goes t*** up don't come running to me but I found her to be legit so far.
EVE ISK is easier to make than DUST ISK in my humble opinion so that is probably why CCP isn't allowing us to officially pass ISK between the two games. Shame we hear very little from Dr Eyjo or the DUST Economist nowadays except for their interesting talks at Fanfest.  |

A billion isn't that hard to earn in EVE. I haven't actually played a game in DUST yet so I don't know how easy or hard it is to earn ISK in DUST. I remember when I was at Fanfest last year that the DUST economist said a lot of ISK was being earned in DUST. It was in the trillion/s range I think which surprised me at the time. |
