Not much, I'm already at level 3 Mini Logi suits. Though I'd love to be able to redistribute all those points I have in Gal Logi suits to places where I feel they would benefit my specializations and what not.

Are you serious? If we get a respec, which is pretty likely, then we'll kind of all be on the same ground.
Then that means you've completely wasted the potential months upon months of experimenting and gamepley testing that you could have done by using that SP. Will that upset you? Knowing that you played it safe and smart while CCP clearly was not playing it safe and smart, and thus everyone gets their SP back?

I have over 3 million saved, but I know way to many new players that need a respec. They where trying to figure out what role they liked and skilled into too many things. I think the way to solve this in the future is to give all new players 50 Heavy suits, Logi suits, scout suits, and assault suits. So that way they can play each role and see what they like and go from there. Just a thought.
I would love a respec, but not sure how I will react until I see what 1.8 provides. If it is not what I think it should be, I will place my toon in stasis and take sometime off until they fix it or I find another game that I like.

I'll be setting the game down for a few months while I play ESO and give them my money instead.
I will also convert my youtube to ESO and just go from there. I won't trash talk the game, but I sure as **** won't promote or recommend it.

I'd be a bit sad I didn't get my level 4 minmatar medium dropsuit point back (back in the long long ago you needed medium FIVE to unlock the logi suit ugh...thank the great duct tape they changed that right quick).
Otherwise though I'm pretty much ok. I'll be sticking with the same suit choices I was running before, minmatar logi and assault.
...though that speed-hack scout would be kinda neat... |

I've been saving my SP, so regardless of a respec, I'll be good to go.
I'll be rather aggravated, though, due to fundamental changes in dropsuits (and weapons?) that will negatively affect me. And never mind that I don't like it when CCP undermines my choices. |

Use the SP that's been accruing for quite some time to skill into 1 what I'd like to try (Amarr Scout/Minmatar Heavy) 2 as the FoTM is decided I'll try that then and wait for the next update or whatever they have in store for Fanfest
I might cry a bit as the old bonuses change making the suits I'm used to something completely different and most likely useless or UP
Also might shed a tear if the minnie heavy or the amarr scout turn out to be all the more MEH

I am fine with my situation, but I can understand why others may want one since suits now exist that did not before. Sure some people may want to get out of the FOTM to go to the nextGǪ don't care that is their choice not mine.
So if one does not come, personally no effect for me, but it's not all about me, it's about the health of the community. How that plays out I won't pretend i know.

I'm pretty much in the same spot. I put 2mil SP into my first character then learned how poorly i invested and biomasses the clone and started over. I did my research and my CalAssault build is pretty much exactly where I want it and I'm looking into what role i want to spec into next for 1.8 (can't really decide which Caldari suit is next for me...Scout, Commando, Logi, or Sentinel).
The drop suit command and upgrades are all useful to me particularly since I'm intending to stay with the same race for the moment. Pretty much the only thing I would really like to get back is some of the weapon skills that I invested in when there wasn't a Caldari light weapon or sidearm....If I don't get the weapon SP back i'm still ok with it though.
I will say this...a whole lot of folks weren't lucky enough to get some good coaching early on and make solid decisions on SP investment and have 10mil invested with little benefit to show for it. Those are the folks that would really benefit from a respect.
