The fact that your reticule will flash red when you pass it over them, even when cloaked. Granted, you'll have to adapt your playstyle to always assume that you have cloaked scout within your proximity, but the second you get a random flash just pull the trigger and collect the WP. Don't get me wrong, I think they'll be very dangerous in the right hands, but light arm-wielding heavies are going to dominate far more. Dedicated Commando.
