Is there any actual reason why only one profile on the account can have passive sp accrual? I understand this in EVE, but I really don't see the point in dust. I know most people just make other accounts, but I find the idea itself baffling. Sorta inconvenient. |

Yeah I never really thought about this. Its a FTP game, so yeah it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to only allow SP gain on only one character. |

This was brought up at one point (called out in a Dev feedback post I believe). I'm not sure what happened with it, honestly. Considering you can make as many free account as you want to get passive SP on an "alt". There was no point in forcing you to pick one in three on a single account. But... whatever. It's not like we'll get the SP retroactively now, or delete our alt accounts if we made them.
I assume with the shuffling of staff/producers/designers, the mention it got a long time ago has probably been forgotten (and as mentioned, it's more of an inconvenience than an actual barrier to having an alt with passive SP).
Dren and Templar equipment stats, wrong since release.

Make another PSN account. I have like 5 lol. No shame :P
With my alts, I can experience virtually everything that I'd like, with each of them a specialist, And then I can play as the one I love most.

Eh, I really only have one file. The others are empty so its not a matter of retroactively getting it. I'd just like to have the slots be usable and make files on them. I just don't understand why they'd even include three slots? Perhaps its just some slight OCD on my part but I'd like my alts to be on the same account. I find having multiple psn accounts annoying, I've only got two currently, though I know other people make a bunch. |

Should they ever institute passive for all character slots on an account, I would certainly hope they would give characters the SP they've missed. Ought not be a terribly difficult operation, assuming they've kept all the relevant data.

I agree it shouldn't hurt to let us passively train more than one character in the same account at once. This is a free-to-play game after all and making a separate PSN account is absolutely free as well.
The only reason Eve Online has the restriction (unless you pay extra PLEX per month) is because money is what's holding it back. But money is not the issue here in Dust.

Sorry, fat chance. CCP will NEVER do that. I guarantee it.
