We are indeed recruiting as to the best of my knowledge.
All that command requires is an application stating (IC or In character as we are an RP corp, though for the most part that is entirely by choice) why you wish to fight for the Empire and the Amarr which will be reviewed by the recruitment officers.
After which time you will be brought into a channel for a second personal interview with one of the higher ups so they can gauge your level of knowledge, interest, and in general get a good grasp of your character.
If successful you become a member of the corporation. Sorry just to clarify this process is not about mistrust or being difficult. PIE is a long standing Alliance that has existed within New Eden for 10 years, they also have an image to maintain that fully reflects the best Imperial loyalist capsuleers have to offer.
I wish you luck, please apply to the corporation if you are interested. I will look forward to your application and am looking forwards having a new member on board.

You can consider yourself invited! Actually, PCLAS is running a new Tiro initiative where we no longer require the interview up front. Send an app and you will be accepted at the rank of tiro into the corporation. You get full DUST side benefits, but don't get full access to PIE's own forums until you advance in rank which requires a five question mail in character.
The PIE alliance is a great player organization that has been faithfully serving the Amarr Empire for over a decade continuously. They've had a direct hand in shaping the history and political landscape of New Eden in EVE Online and we hope to honor that legacy in DUST 514.
Know that PCLAS has two restrictions. We only use holy Amarr dropsuits and vehicles, unless there is no alternative for the class, such as scouts currently and all vehicles. The second is that Minmatar and Gallente FW is prohibited. Besides that we have no weapon restrictions and the like. We don't care about player SP or KDR. Simply to find Amarr loyalists to uphold the Imperial Mandate. |

Just to further clarify, what True Adamance stated was true in the past but is no longer our method of recruitment for Dust 514 players. Please go off of what Maikyl Metsar stated.
And to add to what Maikyl stated, please do keep in mind that we are a RP (role play) corporation. This isn't necessarily something to be intimidated by. For as long as I have been in PIE and PCLAS we have never once spoken in-character over voice comms, nor have I ever been expected to know every little detail about Amarr lore (though I personally have interest in such and have been learning as much as I can). Simply put we expect our members to represent us properly in game and out of game (if you do anything out of game, such as forums), and we do have some in-character channels that we would like our members to participate in from time to time.
We play the game much like any other corporation would so again there's no need to feel intimidated, but if you aren't interested in dedicating your entire character's career to the Amarr and aren't comfortable with the general notion of RP then this corp may not be a good fit. However, if you are, then this corporation is the greatest fit for you. We are THE Amarr loyalist corp.
Mail me in game if interested in learning about the Amarr Empire and serving them in Faction Warfare.

Thank you guys for the great replays. You have given me sufficient information in a timely manner to make my decision. I will gladly pledge my future to the true religion! I will send an application no later than Sunday 03/02/14.
I have no mic but I can hear. I am willing to invest in headgear if you recommend me good products. I am a collegue student that hopefully will do his internship so I will be on the move on the future. I am using my roommates ps3. I hope you understand my position.
