Can we get an official statement from CCP stating that they are aware that the Faction Packs are broken?
This isn't a thread complaining about balancing issues or this or that is OP, this is a thread asking CCP to properly address the community on the fact that some of us have paid REAL WORLD CASH MONEY DINERO MOOLAH for something that has not been delivered, period.
I'm well aware that you CCP devs read the forums (you've stated it multiple times) so I'm also well aware that you know of this problem and the only response we've gotten is from Saberwing stating to simply log off and log back in and they "should" be there...newsflash - that doesn't work.
I think I speak for everyone who purchased one of these packs that we would
A) like a statement or insight as to what's going on
B) like the items we have purchased delivered to us in game
or
C) if the items cannot be delivered, reimbursement
P.S. - Yes I filed a ticket, no response thus far.
I could list the ways how we Amarr are better than you, but your lesser mind wouldn't comprehend it.

The Dev's have nothing to do with the transaction's. The support pep's are the only ones who can help you. Once they verify payment and find were the pack's whent or didn't. Then fix the problem so when there resent the problem is not duplicated.

Swear to god, or whatever crazy things you Amarr pray to, that somewhere they stated that this is a SCEA issue.
Help ticket, CCP shall do some of their voodoo.
I can't find it anywhere at the moment, though.
