So, if you go into squad finder, you'll see just about every squads is either an AFK or a Corp Recruitment Squad...
I've jumped into the recruitment ones, just to see how other corps tick.
I've learned some codes.
"What we say" - What we really mean
"We need assaults" - We suck, have no gun game.
"We're a logi corp" - We suck, have no gun game
"We are friends first" - We suck, have no gun game or any hope of going into PC
"We have a little bit of everything" - We suck, and get our a** kicked a lot, because we have no gun game
"We're looking for tankers" - We suck, have no gun game, and are getting our a** handed to us by tanks
"We play to win" - We suck, die a lot and blame it on playing the objective, because we have no gun game or tactics
"We don't protostomp" - We suck, have no gun game, and we're broke, so don't expect paychecks

They are simply trying to get recruit new players who are actively interested in the roles the corp is searching for.
TBH I wish there was a recruitment section in-game, so that way new players could find a corp much faster. Add in things such as apporval rating and comments for the corps in the section and your good to go!
Anything to get people to stop recruiting from squad finder.

so every1 who recruits via squad finder sucks now a days?.
good thing i dont intend to recruit. i just name my squads isk machine or something like randoms welcome. pick up alot of ppl who dont suck that way. well maybe a few of em picked up will suck.

in order to join. u must first get a kdr of around 20 in full mlt gear against a proto bear corp.
