Now, that's an interesting change, would force Logi's into a very specific role. However, I would like to point out that if this change is implemented and there is no respec...that is the biggest **** move in the EvE universe since BOBB. Seriously. I mean...wow. Do I even have to write about the why? Do I really? It should be grandiosely obvious to even the most new of new guys as to why this would be complete garbage. I mean...damn...as verbose as I am in my prose...words escape me (save a few choice four letter ones but I'd prefer for the thread not to be locked on the OP....but....DAMN...what kind tech schools did you go to? Was the Spanish inquisition involved? If this gets implemented, you HAVE to respec. Everything. They'd ban me, but I'm too funny and more importantly, I'm right.

This is not happening. They've already declared no slot changes for medium frames in 1.8. Do a little research before propagating this drivel- sidearms for logis was a forum suggestion by players months ago that gained no traction with CCP.

Take away our slot and give us more shield and armor if logis have to put their life on the line in the heat of battle they should have the most shield and armor in the game.

It worked really well for the most part. I had to think a lot more about what I was doing but I was getting kills as well as anything else generally. I did, however, focus a lot more on being a logi and less on being a slayer not having the range a light weapon has. Auto aim probably changes it a lot, makes it a lot less viable. Logis would probably need the base HP of an assault and the speed of a scout to really make a sidearm only build viable with auto aim.

Fall damage is about 520-580 (maxed at this level not depend of height after reaching some point). Heavy can deploy at 'bourning feets' and run stright to the target. - SILENTLY! (often tactics) - you dont stay still at landing (you choose .. stay still and take a lot of dmg from enemy or run and strafe with depleted shields)
