We acknowledge that the current implementation of the skill cap still isn't quite there yet. You know as well as any Vet the reason they haven't added in the rollover system was because it became completely borked due to the booster multipliers, and they haven't figured out how to address the issue. I know this from the multiple threads that have popped up over the past year and a half, asking what happened to it, with the DEVS responding with the above answer. You enjoy farming likes more then playing the game, don't you? That was before Devs changed boosters so that they don't increase cap. Now, with the boosters being a simple SP. multiplier instead of screwing with cap, it'd be way easier to implement a rollover system. A simple rollover of up to 3 weeks worth of cap would make everyone happy, and not screw things up for everyone. Pretty much everything CCP said pre-uprising is irrelevant and untrue at this point, so stop defending CCP's outmoded position and get with the program.
You can still get two weeks worth of cap on a 7 day booster, is that broken? No, so I don't see why it would be any other way. And besides, pig is specifically asking for ways for CCP to monetize it without being P2W, and I don't think boosters will even be necessary by the time we get SP rollover.
