Once they accept you, go to the corporation tab, recruitment and go to your applications and click on the app to the Corp and at the bottom will be join Corp. IF you were accepted

I actually found this out last night as I was having issues with my EVE char. When I searched the corp out, the apply to join, was grayed out.
But, clicking on a fellow player of the corp online, and clickin the corp from there gave me an option to join. Whereas searching the corp out with the corp finder did me no good, as it wouldn't let me apply.
I'm pretty green with EVE though.
