Now before anyone starts thinking I'm going to post something sexual, then you are going to be walking away disappointed.
Well, unless a full on battle royale is something that gets you all hot and bothered. Then I guess you will leave "satisfied".
What I'm thinking of is something like the most recent tournament we had with a dom style fight. But instead, we would fight over the two points inside of the city. The battle would consist of two six man teams who would duke it out in the middle for complete supremacy.
I would self name this event "The Gladiator Trials"
Each side would be given a 150 clone count. (if defending team falls under the amount allowed, they are disqualified)
The tournament will fall under elimination style, one strike you're out style.
Each team would be required to have a sponsor to fund their spots in the tournaments (a 30 million isk entry from the sponsor would be required for their team to enter)
The sponsor will not be allowed to participate in the fight, they will however, be allowed to fly with me to a high point and spectate the carnage, this is to add to the role play of the event with the haughty upper class sipping champagne and eating caviar in comfort while their gladiators spill the enemies blood in their name.
The sponsors will be allowed to bring a sniper rifle to spectate the carnage, on the promise that they will not interfere with the battle below. If they are found violating the rules, I and a few other AK.0's with triple stacked damage mods will see to his interference. His/her team will also be disqualified and the isk will not be refunded to them, it wouldn't have anyway unless they won.
I would prefer the sponsors to wear Proto Amarr suits, and the gladiators to wear Hobo outfits, it would stroke my ego and add to the role play aspect of the fights. However, there is no gear restrictions and all tactics are allowed, still would be cool if that could happen.
The gladiators will be required to be in the same corp. You can hire help, but they will be required to be in the same corp,(IE they apply and fight under your name).
Spectators will be allowed, so long as they follow the rules of no interference.
In preliminary matches the fights will start much the same way, just two teams going at it.
As fights progress, there will be additional challenges that the gladiators must overcome while still fighting for the win.
gladiators will not be allowed to engage the obstacles that are in the arena.
The obstacles will be given titles as to their themes.
A few I have thought of:
The siege of Pompeii: A dropship will fly over the battleground and rain down fire upon the warriors as they desperately run to escape the fires of the sky.
Shades of Hades: A team of designated scouts and/or dampened warriors will run around with R/E's and attempt to blow up any of the fighters in the ensuing carnage. The ghosts doing this are asked to not wear any armor or shields. In greek mythology, shades were considered weak and this would add to the realism of it. (if requested by scouts I will allow for you to boost any lost Kd/r on me if you care about that stupid crap)
The pitchfork mob: This is where any audience member or if need be, a selected team will surround the battleground and if the gladiators exit the area selected then the mob will be allowed to open fire upon the fighters.
Hannibal's march: A selected team of tankers will be allowed to patrol the battleground and attempt to slay warriors that come in their way. Another way to see this to look before you cross the street.
The victorious sponsor will receive all the entry fees from the contest. Whether he chooses to share his winning with his gladiators is his/her own choice. It'd be nice though.
I also forgot one thing.

I neglected to mention there are backups allowed, and I mean hobo suits by minmatar. But again, no gear restrictions if I pursued this wholeheartedly. And thanks for the support. You too bane. Also, SIGN BANES THING FOR CORP BATTLES ALREADY PEOPLE!!!
