Why is it that Escrow Removal and Acquisitions are locking districts but yet finding and fighting the ones who are locking theirs ?

Otherwise they'd get attacked by AE, and have no way to get them back because AE's are locked as well.
Why does it matter? Locking districts is the new thing now. Everyone's doing it!

We are removing lockers on PFC, so that it might actually work for once.
Don't really care about it otherwise... We *did* popularize it as a tactic three or four months ago.
And everyone cried. And now everyone does it.
Just helping out the PFC council :D. Play the game how you want, or don't play at all otherwise. |

Wait - you mean the PFC rules meant to guide PFC corps? Since when was NF a PFC corp? You mean the Police District on PFC? Every corp who's handling PFC policing has had one district on PFC so they wouldn't need clone packs...?
