If you mean in your ship's cargo, IIRC, you can just drag them onto your ship, or open up your ship fitting and you should see in the lower left corner your drone and cargo bay. I could list the ways how we Amarr are better than you, but your lesser mind wouldn't comprehend it.

They may not be at your location. If in a station the click & hold the papers then drap to your ship's cargo bay. You may have to travel to get the papers.
