 My idea if we get a respec was to go Min Scout / Heavy (Would've been Assault, but I dont see the benefit the Assault offers over the Scout) I'm curious, how will people fit it? 2 Low, 3 High doesn't leave much room for modules.
 
 Fitting it like a Glass Cannon was my initial idea, 3 Damage Mods, 2 Kin Cats (Or one Kin Cat, one Plate)

 Hm, does anyone know what the Sprint Speed of the Min Heavy is? 4.05m/s is its walk speed.

 You're on the right track. I was punching the math on 2x Damage Mods, 1x Shield Extender, 1x Kin Cat, 1x Armor Rep (or plate if I have a Logibro). A bit more effective than 3x Damage Mods.
 
 The Minmatar Heavy is definitely the weakest heavy give the current state of the metagame though... it'll lose flat out to any other Sentinel. On the bright side, it's decent against most Light Weapons and deals well with Scrambler Rifles.
 
 I see it more as the "squad Sentinel", so you can actually keep up with the Assaults and Logis if you're running with buds. I'm speccing into it anyway.

 Caldari commando can reach 698 shields, and still have dmg bonus to RR.

 Setting aside the fact that a Minmatar Sentinel would chew up any commando toe-to-toe, I'd say he's mostly correct.

 Unless you have aspirations to be a Masshole full time the Minmatar Assault is dead.
 
 The Assault class in general is dead except for niche like that... a couple Amarr SCR, couple Minmatar Massholes.. Otherwise Scouts, Logi will be better at the job Assault does on the battlefield...
 
 As far as i can tell the CPM's and Dev's are trying to make the Assault into something totally different in DUST and it's gonna obsolete the entire class out of competitive play in DUST.

 At first I thought this sounded good (Yeah crazy right
  ) But then I remembered the Burst HMG, which is basically a 'Heavy Shotgun' (Something KingThunderBolt would probably like) with more range, sounds meaner but with the downside of overheating quickly and being horrible for group work. 
 I think the Minmatar Sentinel coupled with a Burst and some Damage Mods / Proficiency will be the class that can push points the hardest, and will most likely be the hard counter for quick pesky Scouts.
 
 Does anyone know how many shots are fired with each Burst?

 im good with the burst . hard to take on more the groups of 3 but can be done . 45rd burst 15.8 damage each plus 35% damage . 2 burst on other heavys . can 2 shot any proto heavy with head shot . 156% extra damage plus the 35% from prof and 2 damage mods . the minny heavy will be a assaulter heavy pushn sprint speed of 8 . will be a great bull rusher

 OP: For your reference, without equipping Kin Cats, a suit's run speed is always 40% faster than it's walk speed. So for Minmatar Heavy, it'll be 4.05 walk 5.67 run, base.

 The fit I'm trying to create will most likely be a PC fit where we'll have Triage Hives on the ground and Logis with reps to back me up, or if there isn't a good Logi, or any Logi about, it'll be a fit that allows me to quickly push through and break the enemies defense and go down in a blaze of glory
  
 I wouldn't bother using Reppers in PC, chances are if you get so badly damaged to the point where you have to take cover and rep, you're better off suiciding and spawning back in with full health and ammo.
 
 7.43m/s is the Sprint Speed with two Complex Kin Cats + The Kinetic Catylisation Bonus + Biotics Bonus + Penalties, thats assuming CCP round to the lowest number, its 7.44m/s if they round it up.

 Got it, makes plenty of sense.
 
 I haven't given half a crap about PC in quite a while (IGÇÖm almost exclusively FW these days) which is why it seemed odd to me. I have to plan on being surrounded by... varying levels of competence.
